The data behind the live scores

The data behind the live scores

Por PadelNachos8 de mayo de 2026Anuncios

Every score on PadelNachos comes from one source. Here's how it works — and why it matters to you.

Powered by padelapi.org

PadelNachos pulls every live score, set, and ranking from padelapi.org — the data layer behind professional padel. Match histories, draw brackets, player profiles: same source, same pipeline.

What you get from it:

  • Real-time scoring. Premier Padel matches tick over the same second the umpire calls the point. No 30-second polling. No refresh-to-see-the-latest.
  • Deep player profiles. Career win rate, head-to-heads, ranking history, set-by-set form — every stat sourced from the same authoritative feed.
  • Tournament archives that actually go back. Old draws, old finals, point-by-point histories. Searchable. Not buried.

Why this is a big deal

A live-score app is only as good as its data. The feed decides whether your scoreboard feels alive or stale — and whether yesterday's matches are findable or lost.

We chose padelapi because they ship the same data the players, federations, and broadcasters work from — and because their API leaves us room to build the parts that make PadelNachos feel like ours: the chunky brand, the prediction game, PadelGenius, the news rail you're reading right now.

What's next

The same pipeline now powers our news section, player profiles, and PadelGenius. Future posts here will go deeper into specific features.
